Tues & Thurs 8:00am at different start locations to be announced.
RSVP for every class you plan to attend so we know how many trainers to have available.
No Fee, but you can buy your trainer a coffee.
Trainers are all Lightning Velo regular members who give up their riding time to help you have fun and get faster and safer on the road.
You will be provided nutrition and exercise recommendations.
There will be a few evening classes for bike cleaning, tire repair, and bike maintenance.
