Despite the name of the event, bicycle racing for the Pasadena Senior Games are in Area III of our beloved El Dorado Park. It is the same course as the Tuesday night races. The races are for everyone over the age of 50 (by the end of 2024).
Even if you've never raced before, the bicycle racing for the Pasadena Senior Games welcomes beginners and experienced racers alike. If you are unsure about racing in a pack, there are individual time trials each of the two days, Tuesday and Wednesday, June 18-19, 2024. You don't need a time trial bike to compete.
There is a time trial followed by a road race each of the two days. Jody Roubanis, Greg Page, Eric Hartman, Greg Castaneda, Howard Miller, possibly Mark Woelm, and I plan to compete. The more LV participants, the merrier.
